About
What sets me apart as a Sleep Practitioner is my distinct approach. I pride myself on being exceptionally open, warm, and professional when assisting families. I like families to know I am willing to meet in person and have the personal approach not just online if needs be. My wealth of experience spans various areas, including time spent in creches (across all age groups Managing rooms), Montessori teaching, professional nannying, and even a stint as a nanny for families in a an overseas ski resort!! I'm lucky enough to say that I’ve had the privilege of working as a nanny for some high-profile families, where I've helped their little ones establish healthy sleep routines during their busy family schedules. Over my years of experience I know what parents want is to be able to trust the care giver or person giving them advice when it comes to their pride and joy. I genuinely believe this so I like want parents to know they are in trustworthy hands with any advice we give.

Inspiration struck when I witnessed many friends struggling with sleep-deprived young children. This compelled me to further my education and embark on a mission to help more than just one family at a time in their sleep-related challenges. Many parents need guidance to help their little ones sleep without feeling judged as a parent. That’s exactly my approach, non-judgemental, genuinely here to help you and your children and make the family happier overall.
My dedication and unique approach are geared towards bringing true happiness and lots of smiles to the lives of children and their families. I look forward to being a supportive and caring partner on this journey to better sleep and well-being for all. 😊 💤

My Inspiration
Meet Pauline (My Mum)
I am a certified general and paediatric nurse, and like Naomi, I hold qualifications as a practitioner specialising in the care of infants and children (OCN).

With over two decades of experience, I've dedicated my career to paediatric nursing, primarily within the Intensive Care unit at Our Ladies Hospital for sick children in Crumlin. However, when I became a mother myself, I chose to temporarily step away from nursing to care for my two children.

In subsequent years, I re-entered the workforce, this time in various créches where I ran the baby room for a considerable period. After some time I then decided to care for children in my own home.

My lifelong passion has always revolved around children. From the very beginning of my career, I've been devoted to the well-being of babies and children. Even as I've grown older, my commitment to caring for and assisting babies, children, and their families remains unwavering.
This is why Naomi and I have joined forces, and I am thrilled to provide consulting expertise to ensure that the sleep needs of babies and children are met with the utmost care and the best possible outcomes for all families.
